Senior Clinical Assessor

Siobhan joined the team in November 2023.

She has been within the trust for over 15 years even before the merge to HHFT, she worked as a carer on bank whilst studying at the University of Southampton.

Qualified now for 11+ years when first starting her nursing career, she took her first newly qualified job on the acute elderly care ward, where she then got her Deputy Sister’s post, after nearly 10 years on the elderly care ward, she took a job in complex discharge and now is here in the virtual health hub.

Along side working in these areas, Siobhan enjoyed still working bank shifts to gain more knowledge and experience in other areas such as surgical, acute assessment, ED, frailty, respiratory and cardiology.

Outside of work, Siobhan loves being  a mum and wife. She enjoys travelling and visiting new places with her family, making memories, and loves days out with family and friends.
