We are very pleased to confirm that we have been commissioned (or ‘funded’) to provide the Telemedicine Service to South West Hampshire for at least another year.
This includes all of the following GP localities/geographical areas:
- Avon Valley
- Coastal
- New Forest
- Totton
- Waterside
- Romsey and North Baddesley
- Chandlers Ford
- Eastleigh
- Eastleigh Southern Parishes
These areas are also referred to as PCNs (Primary Care Networks) which are comprised of GP practices who work together with Telemedicine and community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in their local areas.
The South West funding means that all care homes in the areas listed above are able to access the Telemedicine Service for at least one more year!
