We are pleased to welcome three new members to the Telemedicine team: –

• Becky Housley, Highly Specialised Practitioner (top left)
• Emma Montgomery, Clinical Care Home Engagement Manager (top right)
• Elliot Woods, Care Home Engagement Manager (bottom)

Becky joins us as the service’s nurse consultant, providing nursing expertise to enhance the care Telemedicine delivers as well as offering her services as a qualified prescriber to allow for a more seamless prescription process in Telemedicine.

Emma and Elliot will be working closely together to support the service’s engagement efforts – to encourage more care homes to start using Telemedicine and use the service more.  This will benefit both Telemedicine and the care homes as it will allow us to help more people and means more homes will have extra support for the residents they look after.

As well as our previous nurse consultant appointments, we are very pleased to announce we have recruited two new senior clinical assessors – Claire Moss and Nikki Robinson. This is one of many steps in Telemedicine’s constant evolution and expansion – to respond to the ever-increasing demand of the service.
